I’m glad to share my experience with Magento-themes.jextn.com. I was in need to install and run an E-commerce website, so I did search in Google for “Premium Magento Theme“and landed to magento-themes.jextn.com. Theme was good and I purchased it too.
Very soon, we got some fatal error while installing the magento theme. I don’t have knowledge with magento, so I contacted Theme’s Support team. With in couple of hours they fixed the issue and updated the reason for the error.
Everything went smooth. And when we migrate to the demo (testing URL) to the home page (Original URL), we got handsome error, that really rolled my head. I was not sure what to do. And I personally called the Support people from magento-themes.jextn.com. I know that it was not their work to support installation and migration as they are only theme sellers. But they understand my hectic situation and help me in all the way to fix the issues and guided me for perfect migration.
They are really doing good! and they are example for good customer support.
